Hélène Mathieu

Canadian Barrister & Solicitor. Public Notary of Canada, registered with both the Canadian and the Quebec Bar Associations.

Hélène Mathieu is a graduate of McGill University with specializations in commercial and civil law, and was the first western woman to open a legal consultancy in the UAE.

She has assisted in the establishment and/or relocation in the UAE of hundreds of companies from around the world.

Ms. Mathieu is bilingual in French & English and fluent in Arabic and advises on UAE and Canada-related legal issues, providing for the varied needs of international corporations and local companies.

She is increasingly solicited to make presentations on UAE investment and legal procedures by international authorities, trade missions and corporations.
